She contacted me so quickly after I filled out the form on the website, and her responses to my emails were always speedy, kind, and helpfulIt was a pleasure to meet Journeyman Electrician Matt and Electrician's Helper Ben, who worked excellently together as an efficient team with good vibes. They were easy to talk with as I explained what we needed and as they in turn gave me explanations. I felt very comfortable with them and their competence.After too much experience with electricians and other service professionals who don't follow through with even the most basic communication and may not show up for appointments they've made, it's a relief to feel that I now have a company I can confidently call upon for electrical needs.Instead of me having to prepare to wait all day for service, as I've often experienced, Da Power Electric gave me a two-hour window and Ben and Matt arrived at the very beginning of the allotted time.I greatly appreciate that Sara, Ben, and Matt are all excellent communicators. Matt & Ben came to my mother-in-law’s home on schedule and with a smile on their faces! They quickly diagnosed the issue with our 240v service in the laundry area and had it corrected in less than 30mins. They explained the situation in an easy to understand way. Matt took the extra time to check all the other breaker connections within our service panel. Above and beyond my expectations.
