Co-Founder & Master Electrician

As Co-Founder and Master Electrician of Da Power Electric, Felipe Rodriguez Egana brings more than 14 years of industry experience, technical expertise, and leadership to the company. Formally trained in Electrical Technology at UH Maui College and a licensed contractor, he leads residential and commercial electrical projects with precision, professionalism, and a strong commitment to excellence.

Outside of work, Felipe has a deep passion for the ocean and enjoys foiling with his wife, as well as watching the sunset each evening at the park with their dogs.

Co-Founder & Administrative Manager

As Co-Founder and Administrative Manager of Da Power Electric, Solange Dotro Gamboa is the strategic and organizational force behind the company’s daily operations. With an MBA in Finance, a BBA in Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, she brings extensive expertise to the financial, administrative, and marketing side of the business.

Outside of work, Sol is passionate about foiling, travel, wellness, yoga, personal growth, and building a meaningful life alongside her husband and their dogs.

Office Manager

Anthony Vilarino, known to most as Tony, serves as Office Manager at Da Power Electric, overseeing scheduling, customer communications, and the administrative systems that keep the company running efficiently. His versatility, dedication, and strong organizational skills make him an important part of the team’s day-to-day success.

Outside of work, Tony enjoys staying active, going to the gym, rowing with a local canoe team, and getting together with friends for a good barbecue.

Lead Electrician

As a third-generation electrician, Colton Seaton brings over 10 years of experience and a deep-rooted passion for the trade to Da Power Electric. His expertise includes underground lineman tasks, residential electrical services, lighting design, and commercial projects.

Outside of work, Colton is a devoted father to his 3-year-old son and enjoys motorsports, camping, building cars, and car detailing.

Supervising Electrician

John S. Laughlin brings more than 10 years of experience in the electrical trade, specializing in residential and commercial work. His technical knowledge, field leadership, and commitment to high-quality workmanship make him a key part of the Da Power Electric team.

Outside of work, John enjoys collecting LEGO, working on projects, playing video games, spending time at the beach, and relaxing.

Journeyman Electrician

Matthew Gosselin brings 6–7 years of electrical experience, along with a lifelong connection to construction work. He especially enjoys troubleshooting and remodel work, and has recently been developing his skills in conduit bending and commercial projects.

Outside of work, Matt coaches CrossFit at a local gym and enjoys surfing, staying active, and spending time at the beach with his wife and their dog, Timber.

Journeyman Electrician

Gregory V. Herzl, known as Greg, brings 8 years of experience and a diverse background in high-end residential work, home automation, troubleshooting, and commercial service projects. His versatility and professionalism make him a valuable member of the team.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys sailing his Hobie Mirage Tandem Island and hiking and camping in the wilderness with his husky, Whiskey.

5th-Year Apprentice

Isaiah K. Oguma brings nearly five years of hands-on electrical experience, with a strong background in both commercial and residential work. He is currently working toward his Journeyman license and continues to grow his skills in the field.

Outside of work, Isaiah enjoys golfing, music, car audio, and video games.

2nd-Year Apprentice

Tomas Aguirre Pereyra is a 2nd-year apprentice with a growing foundation in the electrical trade, primarily focused on residential work while also enjoying commercial projects. His positive attitude and willingness to learn make him a great part of the Da Power Electric team.

Born and raised in Upcountry Maui, Tomas enjoys kitesurfing, motocross, and working on cars.

2nd-Year Apprentice

Benjamin J. Christie, known as Ben, is a 2nd-year apprentice with just over one year of experience in the electrical field. His work is primarily focused on residential and service projects, where he continues building his skills and hands-on experience.

Outside of work, Ben enjoys spearfishing, hunting, and surfing.
